Vice Canning offers 4 types of services: Tank to Pallet Canning, Emergency Canning, Can Storage and In-Line Labeling. Our canning services are tiered into three different categories to provide clients with the best service, price, and perks possible. Each tier is based on total annual products canned.
Full Tank To Pallet Canning
Our full service canning provides all of the necessary services in order to deliver a professional and retail-ready product. This includes: cans, lids, multipack handles, case-boxes, time and date stamping, re-palletization, fill inspection as well as three independent seam inspections for every product run.
Product can be delivered in cans of 12 or 16 ounce volumes with filling options of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and/or Nitrogen (N2) gases. Product will be configured into 4, 6, 8, or 12 packs, equipped with PakTech’s state of the art, recyclable carrying handles. These will then be re-palletized into case units and prepared for distribution.
Price will be quoted per case. Case price will be determined by the annual volume of canned product (Barrels/31 Gallons). Material storage is included at no additional cost when under a service agreement.
Emergency Canning
Our Emergency Canning Services are for situations in which clients possess all necessary canning materials (cans, lids, and handles) and are in need of operating equipment to complete canning production on schedule.
Can STorage
Client’s cans are stored in a 5,000+ square foot, food grade storage facility. Delivery is scheduled upon can requests. Prices are quoted through a per-pallet basis and will be scheduled for billing monthly.
In-Line Labeling
With the option of the Pack Leader 501, clients have the ability to chose and adjust what they want to can just by changing out the label. This makes it great for small run seasonal beverages.
